We are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant who speaks Spanish to support our wonderful doctors, and growing team! We are seeking high energy, upbeat individuals with strong interpersonal skills that are patient focused and passionate about health, wellness, & chiropractic care. We will provide extensive training to make sure you succeed and grow with us!

Job Description:

Greet Patients when they enter the clinic
Schedule follow up appointments, answer phone calls and collect important medical and insurance information.
Educate patients about chiropractic care to help them achieve their health goals leveraging the 100% corrective care model.
Explain fees to patients and accept payments
Perform data entry in the clinic’s computer systems
Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment for the same
Keep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges and process payment
Assist Chiropractors during chiropractic treatments

Requirements

Healthcare Administration, preferably in a chiropractic or rehabilitation setting is preferred (but not required)
Ideal Candidate is highly organized, excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for Chiropractic care
Customer service experience
Passionate and positive about helping others achieve long term progress and results
Work history that demonstrates an ability to multitask
Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals
